After graduating from college, a student tries to find a job. They invest a minimum of 6–7 lakhs on average in B.Tech, and after that, they are willing to join a job that pays 10–12k.

Ever wondered why this happens? Why would someone, after spending a significant amount of money, be ready to take up a job with a relatively low salary? Some may even struggle to secure a job paying 10–12k.

It’s not just a casual question; it’s a genuine and serious concern that often goes unnoticed. Colleges grant degrees and consider their job done. But isn’t it alarming? How can they claim to be finished until they ensure the satisfaction of students and their parents?

Now, let’s ponder on this: who is to blame?

Is it the students, the colleges, or our education system?

Put yourself in the shoes of a parent. What’s the fault of a parent who invested their hard-earned money in their child’s education? They dream of a bright future for their child from the moment they enroll in college. However, after completing degrees, many students struggle for 2–3 years without finding a job. Imagine the pain of those parents.

Sadly, not many contemplate who is responsible and seek a solution until they face these challenges. I personally faced numerous challenges during my 2–3 years of job hunting, which compelled me to think deeply about the problem and its solution. The answer? All parties share responsibility — students, colleges, and our education system.

While I may not be able to change our education system, I possess the abilities and capabilities to assist both colleges and students in preparing for jobs. That’s why I’ve initiated the C@C (College to Corporate) Program. This program aims to bridge the gap between college and corporate life. I know it’s a significant challenge, but I have a plan to address it. I’ve started this program to help not only colleges but also individuals simplify their corporate journey.

If you are an individual struggling to find a job, I am here to help you. If you represent a college, I am actively working with institutions to prepare their students for jobs and assist them in placements. Feel free to connect with me on social media. I am happy to help you.
