Who am I?

What is my purpose?

Why am I here on this planet?

What can I do for our society?

How can I make the journey from college to corporate easier?

How can I serve in a better way?

These questions constantly occupy my subconscious mind, whether I’m sleeping, eating, walking, talking, or driving.

Do you know why this happens?

It’s because when you’re truly passionate about, solving or achieving something, these questions naturally arise. One particular challenge I’m passionate about is making the transition from college to corporate life smoother.

This transition is relatively straightforward for students from top-tier colleges, but it’s much harder for those from lower-tier colleges. Often, these colleges and their students lack focus on corporate or technical trainings, leaving graduates ill-prepared for the job market.

It’s a significant problem. Imagine investing 6–7 lakh rupees in a college education only to land a job paying 10–12k per month — a fraction of the investment. Both colleges and students need to address this issue.

What are the reasons behind this problem?

There are several:

👉 Lack of awareness about the job market’s demands.

👉 Lack of confidence among students.

👉 Insufficient technical and non-technical skills.

👉 Weak educational foundations.

👉 Flaws in our education system, among others.

While this is undoubtedly a daunting issue, I believe it’s not insurmountable. How we can solve it. Please share your thoughts in the comment box below.
