If we are living a life filled with either the fear of rejection or the fear of losing something, it means we are living a miserable life.
I can’t do this or that; it’s not my cup of tea.
If I lose my job, how will I survive?
Don’t do that; save money for bad times.
I will not do this because this happened to me last year or a long year back.
Why was I not promoted? It’s his or her fault. (Your boss or senior)
I can’t accept a 10% appraisal when I’ve contributed a lot to this organization.
I will see him/her; I am just waiting for the right time.
And the list goes on…
What do you understand by being miserable or living a miserable life?
To answer this question, let’s understand the meaning of the word “Miserable” first.
The word “Miserable” describes a state of extreme unhappiness, discomfort, or suffering. It can refer to a feeling of profound sadness, distress, or discontentment. People might feel miserable due to various reasons such as experiencing loss, failure, loneliness, illness, rejection, unfulfilled desires, negative thought patterns, and lack of purpose.
That really means that we really do not understand the meaning of life.
We are directionless.
We are purposeless.
There are no aims or goals in our career or life.
There are no plans in our career or life.
We are living our life in fear. Either it’s fear of rejection or fear of losing something.
We are seriously living a life in fear not only for a full year but every month, every week, every day, every hour, every minute, and every second. This continues for a long time and will remain so until or unless we understand the actual meaning of life.
To get rid of all these things, there is only one solution. I am sure you are curious to know about that, right?
If you don’t want to understand the meaning of life, it’s okay. Just do one thing.
What is it?
Before starting your day, just think that today is the last day of my life and live life this way. I promise you will start enjoying it fully.
Are you living a miserable life?
Whether your answer is “yes” or “no”, in both cases, share your experience or knowledge with everyone. This is the only way to grow and live a happy or good life.
Does that make sense?
