The companies do not provide corporate trainings or just for formalities at all. Solving the problem through my C@C (College-to-Corporate) program.

A man entered the cabin and started speaking like this:

Hello, everyone,

Today’s agenda is the topic of Redis. I hope you are familiar with Redis and how it works. Just follow the instructions that I am giving. Go to Google and search for

“What is Redis” and “How to implement it.”

Click on the second link and read through the article. For further clarification, visit its official website. You can find detailed documentation there. You have to complete your homework by tomorrow. Within 5 minutes training the topic “Redis” training completed. See you tomorrow.

This is how companies provide training for new joiners. Only a few companies provide training to bridge the college-to-corporate gap. That’s why people struggle in the corporate world to grasp the fundamentals of concepts. It depends on whether a genuine person is allocated for your training; otherwise, there is no training at all.

The result:

👉 Takes a lot of time to understand simple concepts

👉 No personal or professional growth

👉 Unable to switch companies due to lack of knowledge

👉 Remains underpaid for long periods

👉 Works without appraisals and promotions in the same organization

👉 Dream of becoming a lead or engineering manager seems distant

👉 Lack confidence when speaking with seniors

👉 Fearful of facing interviews

👉 Companies may ask you to leave at any time

Having seen many incidents during my time in the corporate world, I often felt bad for people struggling to fix simple issues due to a lack of proper understanding. Many times, I’ve resolved production issues by sitting down with them and guiding them on how to identify and resolve such issues.

That’s why I believe this is a significant problem that needs addressing. I’m working on solutions and plan to collaborate with colleges and universities to fundamentally solve this issue through the C@C (College-to-Corporate) Program.
