Most middle-class people think, ‘Why should I invest in myself? Why should I even attend a FREE webinar?’ That kind of thinking stops us from growing in our careers and lives. If we live based solely on what we already know about life and in our careers, our growth will be limited. The more we understand about life and our careers, the better we can grow. However, it’s hard to grasp this concept, especially for middle-class people. Don’t you think so?
Why should I invest in my self-development?
Why should I purchase a mentorship program?
Why should I purchase a private coaching program?
Why should I purchase a digital course?
Why should I attend a master class for 99/- or even a FREE webinar?
They are crazy; don’t attend any webinar (Wo fasa lete h aur course purchase kra dete hain). This is the thinking and attitude of most people. It clearly indicates a middle class mindset. Even 1.5 years ago, I was in the same shoes. I never attended a single FREE webinar or any master class. I never invested a single penny in my self-development. But when I understood the importance of self-learning and self-development, I started investing in myself. In the last 1.5 years, I invested approximately 7–7.5 Lac in my self-development, which includes mentorship programs, skill development programs, digital courses, book writing, paid webinars, and purchasing books.
There is no shortcut to achieving success, my friend. Some people think and say, “I started giving FREE gyan.” Do you know how much effort is needed to give this FREE gyan, my friend? You can’t imagine. The master class that you think is a waste of time, do you have any idea how much time and effort they put into it? It’s easy to comment on anyone, but it’s very hard to implement that. When I started doing these things, I really understood how much effort is needed to implement each and everything.
I know because I am working on the same stuff. I have written a book (Startup Journey: How to Build, Grow, and Scale a Product?), edited, got published, and launched it last year. This year, I am working on designing the C@C program, digital courses, and master classes. I know how much effort and time are required to implement all that stuff.
I understood the importance of self-development, self-improvement, self-learning, and why I should invest in myself. So now, I do not think much; whatever course or coaching program I find helpful, I do not hesitate to purchase it. Because without investing in self-development and improving self-skills, you can’t grow in your career or life. Investing in self-development always yields a high return.
Every person needs to invest in themselves. But it’s important to know why and where you should invest. Most people invest in the wrong places without understanding why and where. That’s the reason they regret and do not get results. To achieve growth, success, and good results, everyone must invest in self-development.
Still confused about why and where to invest in self-development?
