Never give up on your dreams, career journey, or business journey! Empower your mind and strive for excellence. Giving up should not be an option in any case. It doesn’t matter what situation you are in.

What if I lost my money?

What if I lost my job?

What if I couldn’t do this or that?

What if I fail?

What do you understand by all?

These all indicate self-doubt, a lack of self-belief, and a weak mindset. If we truly want to achieve or do something different and amazing in our career or life, we need not just a good but a strong mindset. A burning desire to heal the inner wounds to achieve in life is essential. Without inner fire, we can’t accomplish anything in our life or career. That’s 100% true.

Generally we invest 6–7 lacs or more money to get a B.Tech or MCA. After completing B.Tech, MCA, BCA or you are going to complete it soon. When we are in the last semester of our graduation a fear comes from inside that how I will get a job and which is obvious.

Suppose you are a businessman and you have invested 7 lacs in a business.

After 4 years how much return do you expect?

If your answer is less than or equal to 7 then you are not a good businessman.

Isn’t it?

A good businessman wants at least 3x, if not 3x then 2x or double returns whatever he/she invested in his business, right?

If I calculate whatever you have invested in your B.Tech. or MCA. Assume on an average people invest 6 lakhs not 7 lakhs in B.Tech. The satisfactory calculations are 18 Lac by its 3x calculation or 12 by its 2x or double accordingly. Which really makes sense. You deserve just double at least, right?

So, think about it. I know you are not a businessman because if you are searching for a job that means you are a middle-class person only. A middle-class person does not think or calculate whatever I explained to you with a small example.

I am saying that you are a middle-class person does not mean I am not a middle class person. I am also a middle-class person. That’s why I can understand the pain of a middle-class person. Being a middle-class person I also face a lot of challenges in my career and life. That’s the reason I really wanted to help you.

We middle-class people have enough capabilities and abilities but we underestimate ourselves. We are always satisfied with little whether it is a job offer, happiness, pain, fear, love or whatever it is.

Why does it happen?

Have you ever thought about it?

Because we have limited thinking or dreams. I would like to say we do not have dreams in our life. We think that we do not have a right to think bigger. If someone else is thinking bigger or has bigger dreams, people think he/she is crazy.

Isn’t it?

A person who is traveling in business class everyday in planes has two eyes, two legs, two ears, two hands. He/she also has the same blood. He/she is not extraordinary.

But why is his/her class different from us?

Have you thought about it? If not, just think about it now. What makes us different?

Couldn’t find any difference. He or she got a good education and has good degrees. You can argue with me that he/she is lucky enough or he/she has a good background from his/her ancestors.

No. Again you are thinking in the wrong direction. These all are nonsense arguments. What really makes us different from them is thinking. They have bigger dreams than us. They think big, dream big and are not satisfied with little whether it is any business deal, happiness, pain, fear, love etc.

They read a lot of books throughout their lifetime to get enough knowledge about life and the universe. They always invest in self-development and self-improvements. They never think that investing in self-development is a waste of money. That’s why they have enough confidence and courage to make big decisions in their life.

On the other hand, in our middle-class families, after our graduation we stop our learnings. We think I have invested a lot of money in my B.Tech or MCA. Now I will not spend a single rupee on myself for my self-development or self-improvement. Even we stop learning books.

Suppose if you invested 6–7 lakhs on your B.Tech or MCA it’s an investment to get your professional degree. But it’s not enough to get a good job. Either parallel or after completion of your professional course you have to invest in your self-development or self-improvement as well.

Have you taught in your B.Tech or MCA :

How to talk confidently?

How to crack an interview?

What is your strength or weakness?

What can you do better than anyone else?

What you deserve, how much job offer should you accept or reject?

How to build a good foundation for your career?

How to start thinking bigger or dreaming bigger?

How long should I do a job?

When should I quit a job?

How can I build a business around my passion?

How can I switch from a middle-class to a high class?

I know and I am pretty much sure that you wouldn’t not find the answers to these questions in your B.Tech or MCA degree. That’s the reason to get confidence and to build a good foundation for your career. An investment in yourself for self-development or self-improvement is really necessary because these things are not part of our professional courses.

Have you seen Ambani’s or Tata’s family doing a job?

No.

Why?

Because only we middle-class were made for jobs only, not businessman families. But if we do not think about how to become a businessman then how we can become, right?

My intention is not to stop you from doing a job, instead I really want to build a good foundation for your job. I just want to make you aware about the difference between a middle-class and higher class. I know starting a business is not an easy task for us. I mean middle-class families. But on the other side it’s not too difficult as well. But what happens is we do not even think about starting a business in our lives.

After joining a job we catch it in such a way or I would like to say the job catches us in such a way we can’t separate from each other. The whole life we spent in a job for doing others. We underestimate ourselves in such a way that we do not use even our true potential, abilities and capabilities. We remain in the same middle-class forever as a result.

Isn’t that true?

To live a happy life a middle-class have to cross the following stages:

  • Childhood Journey
  • School Journey
  • College Journey
  • Corporate Journey
  • Finding a Passion
  • Building a Business Around It
  • Living a Happy and Fulfilled Life

But If I talked about the same for higher class person then

  • Childhood Journey
  • School / College Journey
  • Business
  • Living a Happy or Fulfilled Life

Isn’t that true?

A middle-class person suffers a lot to live a happy and fulfilled life instead a higher class person after 2 stages directly starts a business and starts living a happy and fulfilled life.

I am sharing all these things with you so that during your job you start thinking about a business and could not stay for a long time in the same job.

I stayed in a job for a long time, around 16–17 years. I think I wasted a lot of time at my job even with a lesser salary package. I was not aware about the market trends and what my actual market value was. After 8 years I realized that I was underpaid. This is not a story of mine but also this is a story of millions of middle-class people.

Why are the middle-class always underpaid?

We do not want to invest in our self-development. That is the reason we have a lack of confidence. In the absence of confidence and lack of technical and non-technical skills we accept a lower package. That is the reason we start our career with a weak foundation and it remains the same for a long time.

If you start a career with a good foundation it will set a benchmark of your career and your career growth will multiply by this factor. So, having a good career start is really necessary.

If you really want to switch from a middle-class to a higher class, you have to do the following things:

  • Build a good career foundation and start with a good job.
  • Set your career and life goals from the day one what you want to become in your career and in your life.
  • Always think bigger and dream bigger. Control your mind and remind yourself of your career or life goals on a daily basis.
  • Start investing in your self-development or self-improvements. If you got a good job its fine but to grow faster and better than anyone else you have to invest 1 or 2 percent of your salary. Without knowledge you will remain in the same job for a long time.
  • Prepare a plan for 5–10 years to stay in a job not more than that. Start investing and building a business alongside your job.
  • These 5–10 years are most important which defines your future and your better life.
  • Do not engage yourself with your own house, car or EMIs if you really want to live a better life. Instead focus on your self-development and your side business. If needed, start investing in your side business.
  • Your job is a temporary source of income, do not treat this a permanent source of income. Parallel start a permanent source of business. It could be your passion, hobby or your business.
  • Start reading books and set a target of reading books every year and share whatever you learn with your colleague, family or friends.
  • Stay positive all the time. Does not matter if it’s your fault or not but keep calm and try to handle a situation with confidence and courage.

If you follow these principles no one can stop you whatever you want to become or achieve in your career or in life. These all are good habits and a sign to making a difference in our society. Always remember nothing is impossible in this world or universe. If you can think definitely you can achieve that. Struggles or challenges are part of our career or life.

All these things are not taught in our colleges or universities. I can say that either it’s a fault in our education system or not part of our professional courses. That’s why these things are not part of our curriculum.

Being middle-class and to keep in mind all these things I was forced to think how I can help our middle-class people. I feel bad when I see people struggling for less money while they have enough abilities and capabilities to earn better and live a better life. Everything starts from a good career foundation. Your career decides what type of life you want to live. If your career foundation is good definitely you will live a good or a better life otherwise you will also struggle like others.

Isn’t it?

That is the reason the C@C (College to Corporate) Program was born to help all the middle-class people who really need help to start their career journeys to fulfill their dreams and live a better life. Everyone has a right to live a better life.

Why only one class, a few percent of people?

Get up, be ready, and never give up! No matter what the situation.
