Number First ‘T’ is Technology, If you have a great idea but if you don’t have a technology you can’t win. Technologies play an important role in product building, growing and scaling a product.
Number Second ‘T’ is Tools, If you have an idea and technologies but you are not using the right tools you can’t win the game. There are lots of tools available in the market but if you are still working in an old style or way you can lose the game. For each and everything there are various types of tools available. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel.
Number Third ‘T’ is Team or People, If you have a great idea, technologies in place and you are also using the required tools as well but you don’t have a team of a good attitude with positive mindset people. Definitely, you will fail. This is one of the most important reasons for failure.
Technologies can be taught to the people, use of tools can be taught to the people but you can’t change the attitude of people. You can’t change the mindset of people. Still mindset can be changed if you spend a lot of time with them but you can’t change their attitude.
I observed how a single negative mindset person can ruin the entire environment of the organization. I have seen with my eyes but I couldn’t because if you are not allowed to speak then you can’t do anything. I realized why a positive and good mindset people are important to run an organization.
People believe that candidates who graduate from good colleges can run an organization, but I believe that they cannot unless they possess a positive attitude.
So, I strongly believe that the combination of the below 3 ‘Ts’ are most important to run any successful organization.
First ‘T’ — Technologies
Second ‘T’ — Tools
Third ‘T’ — Team
