Many times I think and ask myself that having a good experience still how I feel helpless.
Why?
Because I never thought and tried to monetize my skills. I never invested in myself in my life which is my biggest mistake. But now I have started investing in myself and to improve my skills.
Life tought me a good lesson and now I have started listening to my inner voice which was always ignored by me. But this time I am not ignoring it and I have started what I love. I don’t love my job. After spending 16 years in a corporate job I was helpless and dependent only for a single source of income but now I have started multiple sources of income. I am working on that each and every day tirelessly. I know it will take some time but I will not give up.
The number one source is the YouTube channel. I know a YouTube channel takes time to monetize. But it’s okay.
The number second source is book writing. Yes, I am writing my book on the topic of STARTUP JOURNEY. In the coming months I will publish it. I have written half of my book.
The number third source is writing on medium. Which I started a few months back. Still I have not crossed 100th followers on medium but I have confidence that soon I will cross that and slowly I will start earning money from my writing skill as well.
Number fourth is the video course. I am also working on video courses. But due to other priorities I am not completed yet but in upcoming months I will launch my video courses too.
The source number fifth is mentoring and coaching. I also love helping people. I started my career journey with mentoring and coaching people. But it was left after entering into the corporate world. But now again I started it. I feel happy when I saw smiles on the people’s faces when they start their career. I love that.
I know all these things will take time but I never give up. I am continuously and consistently doing my 💯% efforts and I have a confidence that I will definitely get success.
These all are my skills and potential so now I am working on it and I will not stop until or unless I get success to monetize my skill.
Because once I started monetizing my skill that will never get laid off by anyone. Only one person can lay off that and who will be only myself.
So, based on my experience I would like to advise you to start investing in yourself and your skill set and do what you love.
In corporate job I don’t think we are independent. Having a good experience still we are dependent and slave of companies. We are helpless during recession but once we started working on our skills and passion we never looked back in future.
