Do you know what is the most important thing before you want to do anything else?
Generally, whatever we want to become is just the impact of the influence of our surroundings, not what we actually want to become internally. Having a good set of skills won’t achieve our targets or our goals.
Why?
Because we do not know what exactly is needed for us, and we want to become something just because other people are doing it. That’s why we also start copying them. That’s the reason most people do not love what they do. They do not enjoy it; they are just doing it because others are doing it. The same happens in corporate jobs as well. I have seen many people who could become good entrepreneurs or start their own businesses, but they are doing jobs because others are also doing.
After completing their IIT or IIM degrees, people are doing jobs because they start their offers from 30 LPA or 40 LPA onwards.
But they don’t think or are not aware that if they can get a job offer of 30 LPA or 40 LPA, they can do better than this if they utilize their skill sets to start their own business or somehting for thier own.
I agree if people start their careers with jobs for the initial years because some industry experience is also necessary, but what about the people who remain in jobs forever for their lifetime?
I don’t think they are utilizing their skill sets in the right direction. In a job, you can’t utilize your full skill sets. You have to just follow the orders of your boss. If you really want to utilize your full potential, you have to give a chance to yourself.
But it’s not an easy task for most of the people. That’s why I started this post with a question: what is most important to achieve your targets or goals?
Degrees from IIT or IIM?
No.
A good set of skills?
No.
Good products or services?
No.
Money or a good background?
Not at all.
Most people think that all these things are required to start a business or become an entrepreneur. But in reality, they are not required at all. You must be wondering then what is the thing which is most important apart from these.
The most important thing is your mindset, my friend.
Having a positive and good mindset is the most important thing

👉 To become a good entrepreneur or start your own business.

If you have a good mindset with a burning desire, no one can stop you from achieving your targets or goals in your career or life. However, developing a strong mindset to start something on your own is not an easy task.
