Setting vision, mission and goals is the most important and most critical task for any startup. First they have to think about their vision, mission and goals. What kind of problem they are going to solve for society. If they are clear about their vision, mission and goals then rest of the things can be done easily.
Is product building a tough task?
I don’t think so.
Is creating a team a difficult task?
I don’t think so.
Is creating a culture and work environment a difficult task?
I don’t think so.
Yes, setting their vision, mission and goals are really difficult tasks for every startup. This is one of the problems due to the fact that most startups fail.
They do everything apart from this one. They can develop a good product. They can build a good team, they can create a good work culture too.
But the biggest problem and surprising thing is that they are not clear what they are doing. Their intention is not solving the human problems but their eyes are raising a fund only.
